I’ve been an active player for almost 3 years. I know we have a choice to pay for packages and pay for in game stuff. You don’t have to if you don’t want too. I haven’t payed for much things maybe like $50 worth. But I am still growing along side the others in my kingdom. Just not as fast and powerful but you can do just fine if you are not comfortable paying for packages. I do enjoy this game a lot.

I have been playing this game from day one ros only wants you to spend money and they want more than 30k dollars a year customer sevrice they don’t help at all always doing favors like Henry he gave his WhatsApp number to some players to send him money so he can give them free packs that’s how it works. Don’t play it not worth anymore they only want to eat your money. You have to favorite to Henry otherwise you won’t get any help he will keeps ignore you

The game is great but ROS is getting real greedy for money. Everything now is all about who can spend the most it seems. Get the game back like it was. Get it back to being fun and building Not who can spend the most

Somebody’s role-playing games are worth it if your having a good time if that’s what you enjoy with but this one is just garbage! I would strongly recommend clash of clans before this and that’s saying something move on before you waste any more time here

Hello everyone… Hope you doing well … I just want to say most of B70 in this version is ROS castle and I have a lots of proof of all I gonna say I spent 30K and I am not proud of it and I regret it now because it’s not fair game … when you try to get some answers from the GM they will all act stupid and they have no idea of what is the problem and they see it clearly … I frankly advise you not to download it or thing bout it because it’s wast of money and Time with cheating… I hope my message clear enough to all … In the end I gonna complain to IOS management about it soon ☝️☝️☝️… enjoy your time and money with family it’s more worth

Developers do not care. They ignore the needs of their players and leave people stuck in dead kingdoms. I can’t remember the last time that I was able to play the game as designed. Most events are in the middle of the night, early in the morning, or in the middle of my work day. KvK is without battles, because they match up 2 dead kingdoms and there is little to no fighting. I have waited as much as a month for a response and am still being ignored.

How can I buy a pack without my castle name being revealed. I get criticized a lot by other members.

When I open game it wants me to do an upgrade, but when I click on it the game freezes. I can’t get pass that point no matter how much time I tried

About 4years i had play ros and this journey still alive,im from k17 then migrated to k45 and now k11.thanks ros

There are many times the game have taken things from people’s castles. Things that they have earned in a so called bug. Instead of fixing the bug and say sorry. They took the things people devoted time for. There are about 200 kingdoms in the game. Some of which has been migrated and closed for the lack of activity. The strongest kingdom in the game is K19 and they have just been merged with their most loyal friends k18 which was strong already. How does this game expect people to enjoy it? if it’s going to just do these things and not have anyone or anything to keep it accountable. I really hope Apple and Google do an investigation or at least keep these money hungry apps from using their services. It is a bad business model and I think it should not be happening in 2021. I don’t recommend this game to anyone who is looking for a game to enjoy. You would rather enjoy Call of Duty or Minecraft.

Is anyone else having trouble after the update? The game is now too large for my phone screen. I cannot see the resource tabs at the top of the screen. Also it randomly shuts down

First they had a bug in the game. They “solved” the problem by doing a roll back. Unfortunately, they rolled back items that were in your inventory BEFORE the bug that they introduced into the game. Stay away from this game unless you like having items you earn stolen from your inventory because of the developer’s error. When I complained to customer support in the game, they ignored me.

This game steals from you after you spend actual money and resources to upgrade the building they take it down without compensating you for all your losses. I tried contacting Game support several times without any response.

The game is prone to players harassing each other, bigger players picking on smaller players, and making it impossible to play. Support won’t do anything about the blatant harassment, you get ignored. Not only is there harassment in gameplay, but it also gets personal, and nothing is ever done about it. Uninstalled after playing for years, and will never go back

They’re greedy and lack any kind of real help. You have to spend, spend and spend only to be attacked countless times over and over by the same alliance and it’s players. When asked yo delete or move your account to a new server the refuse because they want you to sides more money to build up or make you leave the game. Some people have several accounts and use them to hit the same people over and over so those people can’t get ahead. Save your money and play another game this isn’t worth it.

They double charge for packs you buy and then say you received them. Has happened 3 times now. I stopped reporting just wont buy anymore. Once I’m zeroed I’m done playing

I played this game since 3 years ago,at start game makers will protect you cause they needs your money but after a time they won’t reply your questions they won’t protect you,do not install it or do not spend in this game,i have spent 20,000$ in this game and i just want to say it’s the worse online game i have ever seen

This fame is great, wouldn’t change a thing about it except I wish it would make kingdoms sooner, and let people know when they will open

The age rating of 12 is misleading. This game has players who wish death of America and death to American soldiers in clear view for teenagers to see. Instead of banning these players GM’s only mute them for couple of days and they come back spurring more hate towards Americans and America. Google play and Apple App Store should really investigate this and change the rating of the game to force GM’s of the game to act more aggressively.

I began playing this game in k5. I played in that kingdom for over a year. I thought I’d try the game again. I don’t even recognize the game now. Pets?!?!?! You want to be taken seriously? pets? I’ll spend my money somewhere else.

Is a standard run of the mill castle builder BUT it gives things away like crazy making it easier for the free players, AND ontop of that the packs are cheap and give a good amount for the prices aswell. So its the best of both for the norm cb player. And it has alot more functions inside the castle then most

Post in discussion board that goes against ros and you get muted. Write in game support and ask a question. Conversation will he ended without reply. Ros tries To hide anything that makes them look bad. Problem is just a few minutes into game and anyone with half a brain can see just how bad the lack of support there is. Do not download game and if you do do not I repeat do not spend money in game. Ros will be your best friend at the start then they will only betray you if you not spending on a minute to minute basis. The game play and friendships are ok in game however the lack of support and the dictatorship that goes against all international laws is through the roof

This game yesterday got some bug and gave out many resources after that they took it back and also stole our resources. Also after they took everything your open resources will turned to concealed resources so we need our resources back how can they take all our resources after spending and investing much in the game. I therefore urge every Lord of this game to sue ROS if they don’t bring back our resources. We have to boycott ROS. Thanks

In the latest update there was a bug giving away millions of grains and woods, out of curiosity I tried it and received 100m of each, now that developers realized their own mistake and fixed it they took away the resources including the resources that I actually paid for in packs. This is a total scam.

Like other games I have encounter I believe those who work on this game are also players who have more tools available to them compare to the normal player. I too have been a subject of being hit 15 to 20 times in a row plus after I move the castle the other player had the ability to locate my new position in hours. Unless they have a back door and one can see the coordinates of where other players are located only someone who works for the game could locate players that quickly. It’s an okay game for passing time while waiting for an appointment but don’t give them your money.

The game customer service is absolutely terrible. It takes days to answer any problems, and more then likely guarantee that they do not care about your issue. The game itself is good, the support team (for the most part) is friendly, they just make a habit of not caring about what is right and wrong. I was charged twice on several occasions, and they refuse to correct the problems. When you respond with an answer that they did incorrectly, they will simply stop answering you. The game can be one of the best available, if they hired people who cared about their customers.

This is one of those games set up to lure people into spending more and more money. The ones that spend money get higher levels and they roam around attacking those trying to develop their game. So they get the feeling of being able to destroy more of the lower ranked castles. Instead of attacking one time, the game allows...no...encourages the players that spend the MOST money to attack others multiple times instead of attacking once or twice. Multiple times means 15 or twenty times. Even after all the players soldiers are gone they continue to attack you. The game makers just let this kind of activity continue without any control. They treat it as a type of gambling which is strongly regulated in the rest of society. So the sole purpose of this game is not to provide a reasonable product for a reasonable fee but rather to squeeze that last dollar out of the stupid people in the game. If you want to enjoy yourself and be reassured noble in how much you might spend, then move on to a different game. This one is just like a cheating gambling dealer with the odds stacked against you.

I have been contacting support for kingdom migration /merge for over a year n the only response i get is i have passed your message for consideration. Old kingdoms are dead. No refund is allowed too so wht shall we do. Poor support from game developers. Need help!!!

After this recent update I went to attack some monsters to kill time and had no problems, then all of a sudden I’m unable to dispatch my troops anywhere or to do anything 🤕

I hope to solve the problem of the Mamluk War there are many laws that do not respect and will sue if the problem is not resolved as soon as the previous contact with the support more than 5 times the same problem unfortunately no one can easily put an end to the problem

The games not for everyone, longevity in game is difficult if you’re not going to spend at the very least $50-100 per month. If you don’t want to spend you can still enjoy the social part. Which I believe is 75% of the game (social). So it’s up to the player, but to come here and nag about how someone destroyed your building etc. give me a break, just quit don’t come here to complain your butt off. Go play FarmVille. It’s a war game. Game On !

Way to expensive of a game. Starts off nice but when they think they have you hooked, BAM. They should be offering much more war medals for the money they are charging. Greed is a sin people and whomever runs this game are sinners. So, if you are rich and do not care about money, play this game.

Game was amazing, and addictive. A drain of finances as well. Customer support is getting worse and worse. Castles are being banned and never returned after a lot of money being spent which continues to fund this nonsense. Every time you contact support they say hope this clarifies your problem. When all they did was throw together a bunch of nonsense that makes no sense to your situation. A few support team members are good back others are sadly lacking. Another issue is there are now over 130 kingdoms and not enough support staff to handle that volume. Why is this? We deserve a better in game experience, shorter resolution times, better handling of issues, more clarity about the game, and what is expected from us in the game to not have castles banned/accounts removed. For real. Y’all need to shape up! And fast!

Yes you can spend, but you don’t need too. I don’t and I do well. You will get some kingdoms that have many crazy spenders that make it impossible.i left the kingdom early and went to a new. My first didn’t have spenders really at all. Tbh I think you lose a lot of the game by buying up your castle. I do wish some kingdoms would open with spending caps to make it more level playing field. But it is not impossible to not spend. Latest update has great graphics.

I came to this game, ‘cause I heard it didn’t have chat restrictions and I am a social, active player. But when all of the sudden, they start charging 500 gold per message, in the public rooms... ARE YOU KIDDING ME? So long story short, I quit. Gonna delete the app, ‘cause I’m not real big on the BS...

A pay to play player will wipe the floor with you it’s only a matter of time. I tried to escort a loot caravan which I had never done, woke up the next morning to find my troops gone and I’d been attacked 4 times and I had nothing left.. Lame! Pay to play games as usual blow.

The game is incredible who love war, but it’s really expensive. I am playing this game for more than three years and spent more than $1000$ but still in law level. I hope it’ll be affordable for everyone. I think the developers targeted riches Shaikhes’ sons.

I have lots of low-tier troops, and now that I’m becoming a more and more advanced empire, I have higher-tier troops, rendering my lower-tier troops outdated. I want to be able to dismiss them so I can replace them.

I have the same experience as the others here those that spend the most in K68 destroyed the weaker players for no good reason other then they could do it. I was attacked over 120 times. Then followed & attacked again to the point that I was think I would need to leave the game. I know many others have. I complained about this & suggest higher level castles should be able to move to other Kingdoms as one fix. Never received any response. So I move and hide & the game is less fun. It is one of the best games I have played except for the above. I can’t even take a vacation in peace must be able to get on or my troops & rss are gone. What a shame.

This game is garbage and what’s even more sad is that this game had to rip off the fight between Kratos and Boulder I’m the new god of war like the shield is even the same talk about plagiarism
